How can I receive a refund for my purchase?

Refunds require proof of purchase: the shipping confirmation email (online purchases), store receipt or the original credit card used for the purchase.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Popular items are often restocked. Sign up for restock alerts on the product page to be notified as soon as they’re available again.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also log in to your Arobelle account to view order status.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping times and rates vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.

 

Shipping & delivery

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. and Canada orders over $100 (before tax, shipping & handling).

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that the order total must exceed $100 before taxes  and other charges for the free shipping offer to apply.

Processing takes 2–5 business days. Once shipped, most orders arrive within:

  • USA/Canada: 7–15 business days
  • Canada, UK/AU: 10–20 business days
  • Other International Orders: 15–25 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary based on your location and any customs or carrier delays. We’ll send you tracking info as soon as your package is on the way .

We can never guarantee a delivery date and once a package has left our warehouse, we have very little control over it.
